1941 Willys

Mike & Katie Galarde's, Cincinnati, Ohio

Day one of the Wild Willys Project.  The Heritage bodied '41 has already had extensive work done by the owners, Mike and Katie Galarde.

An extreme amount of body forming and molding went into this project.

Once, the rockers have been smoothed most of the major body work will be complete, and paint will be just around the bend.

The Galarde's are doing all the final assembly work, this bad Chevy Big Block painted body color is a great start!

Jim "Dauber" Farr masked the awesome flame design.

At Woody's we apply the candy to the flames Dauber lays out!

The moment of truth.

Woody's first flame job came out spectacular thanks to all involved.  The final assembly of this project will be done by the owners.

Mike and Katie Galarde's beautiful '41 Willys was a project that involved a lot of good planning and thought.  With NHRA Hall of Fame artist Jim "Dauber" Farr laying out and striping the flame job this is a Woody's project that will attract a bunch of attention once it hits the shows.
