When the gas gauge starts acting up it is time to replace that old sending unit. Don't wait until you're out of gas to decide! Sending units come with filter and an extra cork gasket. This is a 0-30 OHM (like factory) sending unit for use with any 1955-1957 classic Chevy using a 3/8" (original Dual 4BC) or 5/16" fuel line from the tank.
