This is the small frame bracket which is the body mount point on hardtop and convertible frames, which are often rusted. The kit includes a weld in washer which converts the hole to the proper 3/4" for convertibles. # 17959 will work on any 1955-1957 classic Chevy hardtop or convertible frame.
